Plate bevelling machine

RANGE W.T. 6-60 MM (1/4″ – 2 3/8″)

The Compact Edge plate bevelling machine features a high speed milling head with interchangeable inserts. It’s reduced structural dimensions and weight is ideal for a more flexible and dynamic use.

The machine is equipped with a step less variable head type which allows bevel angles from 15° to 60°, granting a very easy and quick adjustment of the bevel angle.

The machine is equipped with a plate detecting sensor and trolley with a new chips conveyance system. We have also implemented a dual amortisation system which allows to overcome imperfections of the wall thickness or variations of the plate, as well as the imperfections of the ground.

  • RANGE – 1/4” to 2 3/8” thickness
  • FUNCTIONS – Bevel from 15° to 60°
  • MATERIALS – Carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, inconel, aluminium, etc.
