The TC73 & TC40 OD locking pipe bevelling machines are designed with a locking system which clamps to the outside diameter of the workpiece. The TC range of OD mount pipe bevellers are manufactured for bevelling membrane wall panels during refurbishment and replacement of boiler pipework mainly in the power generation sector.
The OD mount clamping system also allows for the machining of solid bar and other applications where portable machinery is required and ID clamping is not possible.
GBC's TC range of OD mount pipe bevelling equipment offers a working range of 10-73mm with interchangeable, diameter specific clamping pads supplied to ensure exact, effective clamping of the pipes to be machined.
Due to the nature of the working conditions in power station and boiler maintenance involving a lot of confined space tasks, the TC machines drive system can be mounted at 90° or in line positions to suit working conditions.
