A selection of photos from a recent demonstration of the GBC MultiEdge Plate Bevelling machine carried out shows the capabilities and finishing this machine offers.
The material bevelled : 22mm thick Duplex 2205 at a 45 degree bevel angle.
Working to the customers specification, we produced an X prep (double V) with two 10mm deep preps with a 2mm face, all in under 20 minutes!
Our team used the hardened inserts that have been specially designed for Duplex material leaving an impressive mirror finish as shown below.
